FANTASTIC Hotel Experience!!!
excellent communications takeaway map
The hotel had excellent communications. All my questions were answered swiftly before arrival. Reception staff were GREAT upon arrival. They even showed us restaurants and attractions on a map we didn't know about!!! The hotel communications were also EXCELLENT.
Accessing the lobby for check-in proved difficult, mostly due to streetcars and heavy traffic in front. This situation was quite intimidating for foreigners not used to the area. Better directions to the underground parking would really help.

The hotel is positioned perfectly for exploring local attractions and restaurants. The main square is a short walk. The tram station in front of the building provides easy access to the city center and the bus station. This location is convenient and well-connected.

The double room featured two double beds. The room was big enough for our needs. There was ample space to hang clothes, jackets, and store luggage with sufficient hooks and hangers. The beds were comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure.

Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. It was possible to order hot drinks directly from the waiters. The breakfast area was pretty. My boys enjoyed the buffet breakfast a lot. The Arabica cake from the restaurant was delicious!!!

The staff were friendly and polite. They answered all my questions efficiently. The front desk staff showed us local attractions on a takeaway map, and they mentioned places we didn't even know about. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Modern Hotel Close to Everything
modern design convenient location varied breakfast
The hotel has a modern design with water refill stations on each floor, I found this useful. The location is near the train station and the city center and , made getting around easy. The breakfast had many options, and I appreciated the variety.
The parking fee was quite high. At €30 per day I thought it was expensive.

Staff were helpful and informative, they were always available. The check-in process was smooth, I was given clear directions. I had a query about local transport and the reception staff resolved it quickly.

well equipped room great breakfast bonus lounge friendly staff
the room was well equipped it had all the amenities needed the breakfast was great the transfer lounge was a bonus i could refresh myself after checkout time. i also loved the quirky features and unique design of the lobby and bar. the food served for dinner was of a high standard. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
the parking cost of 30 euros felt excessive to me
